Space Center Houston, 1601 E. NASA Parkway, Houston, on March 12 officially opened its newest permanent exhibit. A flown Falcon 9 rocket from SpaceX is now on display outside the center. The exhibit, which was originally expected to open last year, will provide visitors with an intimate look at a reusable rocket and the future of America’s commercial space industry. The rocket is displayed horizontally so guests can walk underneath it. It is one of only two SpaceX Falcon 9 boosters on display in the world. 281-244-2100. www.spacecenter.org
