The Charles Bender Performing Arts Center is presenting “The Hedge,” a musical about a close-knit African-American family of four. The immersive theatrical experience will feature an elaborate set, an ensemble cast, an original score, videography and special effects.

This three-day event at downtown Houston’s Discovery Green park will highlight barbecue vendors from around the country.
