What you need to know
According to CCISD’s website, the following three-year seats are up for election:
- District 1
- At-Large Position B
Candidates can use the CCISD website to see board member eligibility and requirements, or contact Elections Administrator Jena Brown at [email protected], or 281-284-0181 for additional information.
Candidates can fill out an application form online and follow instructions on the CCISD election website. Forms can be delivered to the CCISD Education Support Center, which is located at 2425 E. Main St., League City.
Remember this?
CCISD had an election last year with three seats, one of which, Position 4 was competitive. Incumbent Jeff Larson won the seat in May, Community Impact previously reported.
One last thing
The last day to register to vote is April 3. Early voting will be from April 22-29, according to the Texas Secretary of State’s website.
