The setup
According to CCISD’s website, the following three-year seats are up for election on May 4:
- At-large Position A
- Single-member District 4
- Single-member District 5
Those positions are held by Jonathan Cottrell, Jeff Larson and Jay Cunningham, respectively, according to the district website.
Candidates can use the CCISD website to see board member eligibility and requirements, or contact Election Coordinator Jena Brown at [email protected] or 281-284-0181 for additional information.
What else?
The last day to register to vote will be April 4. Early voting will be from April 22-30.
Candidates can fill out an application form online and follow instructions on the CCISD election website to deliver it to the CCISD Education Support Center.
