A student at Clear Creek ISD’s Clear Brook High School earned a perfect score on the Advanced Placement Research Exam this spring, according to a press release from the district.

The student, Safa Prasla, was one of 306 students in the world to earn a perfect score on each portion of the exam.

“Safa is one of our super seniors that we know is going to soar in life with all of her academic accomplishments thus far at Clear Brook,” said Sharon Lopez, Clear Brook High School principal, in the release.

The Advanced Placement Program assists students with college credit and admission consideration at colleges and universities around the world, saving high-scoring students time and money in college, according to the release.

“This outstanding accomplishment is likely a direct reflection of the top-quality education being offered at Clear Brook High School. We applaud Safa's hard work and the AP teacher responsible for engaging students and enabling them to excel in a college-level course,” said Trevor Packer, head of the Advanced Placement Program, in a statement.
