    2. Chi’Lantro BBQ

    Chi’Lantro BBQ serves fusion cuisine that is a mix of Korean barbecue and Tex-Mex, with the menu featuring dishes such as kimchi fries, Korean chicken wings and rice bowls. The menu also offers house-made sauces and drinks.

    The fast-casual eatery’s menu includes hot chicken sandwiches and tenders that can be coupled with waffles, loaded fries and salads, according to a news release from LaCenterra. Chicken can be made with various spice levels and sauce flavors, according to the website.

    4. Kazzan Ramen & Bar

    Kazzan Ramen & Bar has brought a new "volcano" ramen concept to the Heights. The full-service restaurant and bar is known for its unique style of ramen that features thick noodles, vegetables and hot soup mixed into a 350-degree Celsius hot stone bowl.

    Pizza Twist offers wings, salads, pasta, traditional pizzas and Indian-fusion pizzas. Franchise owner Amar Patel’s new location in Conroe is now open, business officials confirmed via phone. Fusion pizzas include Tandoori Pizza Twist, Curry Pizza Twist and Tikka Masala Pizza Twist.

    Malaysian street food restaurant Phat Eatery opened in The Woodlands in late June following the success of its first location in Katy. The menu is comprised of a variety of traditional Malaysian street foods such as beef rendang, curry laksa, nasi lemak and egg tofu.
