Absolute Thai Cuisine

Led by a Thai chef with more than 15 years of experience, this eatery brings authentic Thai favorites to the new Fulshear restaurant, owner Jzessika Lee said. Menu items include dumplings, tom yum soup and other soups, curries, noodle dishes, desserts as well as Thai iced tea and coffee, according to the online menu. The menu also features some Thai street food items, such as kai jeow moo sap, a Thai omelet with ground pork.

Azumi

The menu at the eatery, the flagship location of which can be found in Baltimore, includes dishes such as scallop tiradito, hirame crudo, wagyu short rib, yakisoba noodles, miso black cod and chicken gyoza. Azumi also offers a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls and the Japanese A5 wagyu flight. The beverage menu offers signature cocktails, wine, over 60 sakes and 16 different rare bottles of Japanese whiskey. This is the second U.S. location of the modern Japanese restaurant, which is owned by the Atlas Restaurant Group.

Havana Heights

This restaurant, formerly known as The Cuban Flavor, reopened as Havana Heights in May. The updated menu features entrees, such as ropa vieja—a braised beef dish served with rice and beans—as well as tamales de elote, sweet corn tamales topped with shredded pork marinated in tomato broth. The Cuban eatery also serves cocktails, appetizers, sandwiches, seafood and desserts.

Owner Alan Liang is now serving hand rolled sushi, soup, salad and hibachi meals, business officials confirmed. The restaurant's dinner specials include all-you-can-eat sushi, and its menu has over 50 sushi rolls to choose from. Oishi Sushi also offers appetizers from the kitchen, such as takoyaki—bite-sized, ball-shaped dumplings filled with minced octopus, tempura, pickled ginger and green onion.

Turner's Cut

This upscale steakhouse by Berg Hospitality offers white-glove service and daily live music. The menu consists of rare cuts of meat from Japan and the U.S., including Japanese Kobe, Australian wagyu and prime dry-aged ribeye. Other items include truffle and wild mushroom risotto, double lobster tail, Colorado lamb chops and beef short rib Wellington.
