Officials with Japanese restaurant Kura Revolving Sushi Bar are planning to open a new location in Webster in early 2024.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar emphasizes wasabi, vinegar and broth as top-quality Japanese ingredients that flavor the food but also have several health benefits, such as anti-inflammatory properties, muscle damage recovery and aiding in lowering blood sugar.

Its menu includes nigiri, sushi rolls, sides such as fried scallops and shrimp tempura, udon and soup, ramen, ojyu boxes, and several dessert options.

The new Webster location will be the fifth Greater Houston area Kura Revolving Sushi Bar to open since 2017.
