4. America’s Best: 243 Marina Bar Drive, Kemah
  • Scope: demolition of previous tenant's layout including non-bearing partitions, doors, ceiling grid and finishes; new partitions, doors, frames, ceiling grid and lighting; new heating, ventilation and air conditioning distribution; new plumbing fixtures, finishes, furniture and equipment

5. Gay Family Kia: 2801 Gulf Freeway, Dickinson
  • Scope: an approximately 37,380 square foot Kia car facility, which includes a showroom, service shop, parts storage, new vehicle delivery and customer lounge.
