Slate Table + Bar, a fusion restaurant that will serve Italian dishes, is opening up soon in League City, owner Robert Slater said.

Pending weather and contractors, the business is eying an opening date in the spring, Slater said.

In addition to its Italian dishes "with contemporary flair," it will serve a list of wines, according to the business's website.
