Bexar County is allocating $25 million in federal pandemic relief funds to support private/public collaborative efforts toward expanding affordable internet service. Local nonprofit SA Digital Connects, a key community player in such efforts, said they and partner organizations and agencies will now focus on improving digital infrastructure, access and literacy in the most underserved county precincts, shaded in dark green here.
