Williamson County ranked third in overall health outcomes in 2018 among 244 Texas counties included in the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. In the rankings, Williamson County was in the top 10 of all Texas counties in categories such as length of life, quality of life and clinical care.
