Richardson city officials: Plano Road pavement repair should wrap up this month

Plano Road repairs that began in January should be complete by the end of December, Richardson city officials say.

The $1 million project repaired broken pavement along a roughly 5-mile stretch of Plano Road between Buckingham Road and President George Bush Turnpike. After repairs between Renner and Belt Line roads wrapped up in November, construction crews moved south of Belt Line to Buckingham.

In January crews will begin restriping the road, weather permitting.
