Traffic resumed Aug. 28 on North Yale Boulevard between Apollo Road and Drake Drive after completion of a new bridge over Duck Creek.
According to the city, construction began in June after erosion under one of the bridge columns caused instability of the structure. Pavement repair along Apollo Road was also part of the project due to its close proximity to the bridge.
The city of Richardson funded the $800,000 project.
