Construction is underway on a new neighborhood in Richardson.

Serene Global recently began development of The Village at Abrams, which will be located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Buckingham Road and Abrams Road. The gated community is expected to have 34 single-family homes with prices starting at $550,000. Homes will range in size from 2,700-3,600 square feet.
