Jasper’s Richardson is scheduled to reopen for dinner service Sept. 10 at its location in the CityLine development. The restaurant, located at 1251 State St., Ste. 950, has been closed for several months due to COVID-19. Occupancy will be limited to 50%, according to a recent email from the business. The high-end casual restaurant’s menu includes a brisket cheeseburger, pan-seared trout and slow-cooked short rib, among other items.
