A musical lineup for the event is expected to be announced Feb. 16, according to the presentation.
Changes to the chair policy include a ban on portable chairs, blankets or towels in the area closest to the Amphitheater Stage during the May 17-19 festival dates. The city is also planning to increase security measures during the festival.
