Early voting results are in from Dallas and Collin County for the May 3 elections and show incumbents Vanessa Pacheco and Rachel McGowan are leading their respective races.
What you need to know
Pacheco leads the District 2 race with 1,491 votes while challengers Pamela Hughes and Elaine Bonavita have earned 1,225 and 171 votes, respectively.
In District 5, incumbent Rachel McGowan received 1841 votes while Neria received 231 of the total early votes cast.
