The restaurant will serve gyros and plates with protein options such as chicken or beef shawarma, kebab, falafel and more. Plates will be served with rice, salad, hummus and pita bread while sandwiches will be wrapped in pita bread.
Construction on the new Stop-N-Go Gyros location is expected to wrap up in late December, according to documents filed with the state.
