The menu allows diners to order items individually, starting with a broth, according to its website. Customers can then choose to add whatever protein, vegetable or seafood options they want to add to the broth.
There are also plans to add a dessert bar in the future to the Richardson location, a company employee said.
Shoo Loong Kan in Richardson will be the global chain’s first in North Texas.
