The Colorado-based restaurant offers tater tots, chicken tenders and made-to-order chicken sandwiches. Birdcall occupies the former space used by Krispy Kreme.

Chicago-based chain Usmania Fine Dining opened its first restaurant in Texas in March. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of Indian and Pakistani dishes, including vegetable and meat curries, paneer, biryanis, and samosas.Gilgamesh

Located in the DFW Chinatown area, Gilgamesh is now serving a variety of baked goods, including pita and samoon—a type of flatbread popular in Iraq—from a bakery owners opened next door. At the restaurant, Gilgamesh offers items such as kebabs, falafel, shawarma and shish tawook.Dave’s Hot Chicken

The California-based chain serves chicken tenders and sliders at various levels of spice. According to the company's website, Dave’s Hot Chicken first opened as a food cart and now has more than 100 locations across the country.
