The restaurant will operate next to an event center in the same building and serve Vietnamese street food, co-owner and operator Brandon Sherman told the City Plan Commission. Cindy Ton, co-owner of the restaurant, said the menu has not been finalized yet.
Ton added that the adjoining event center would likely be finished in around six months.
