The restaurant serves several African dishes, such as doro wot, a chicken leg simmered in onion, a red pepper sauce and spiced butter; yebeg tibs, pieces of lamb sauteed with onion, jalapenos and seasoned with black pepper; and more.
This is the second Sheba’s Ethiopian Kitchen, with the first located at 8989 Forest Lane in Dallas. A grand opening is planned for late January.
