Meteor Hamburgers is now closed in Richardson, according to signage at the location.

The restaurant was known for a variety of specialty hamburgers, such as the hangover burger and the peanut butter burger, along with a weekly free car shows held in the parking lot. The exact date the Meteor Hamburgers closed is unknown, but a lockout notice at the location from the property owner is dated Dec. 19. Additionally, the Wylie location is also closed with a similar lockout notice dated Dec. 11.
