The first phase of apartments for a Richardson mixed-use development within the city’s Core District are now home to residents.

Construction crews are still finishing out further phases of Belt + Main, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The second phase, which includes the complex’s leasing office, is expected to be finished in late October.

Other development within Belt + Main includes ground floor restaurants and retail, such as Zio Al’s Pizza & Pasta.
