The company and the city have entered an economic development partnership created to expand Halff’s office in Richardson and enhance its services, according to a news release from the city.
What you need to know
Halff is set to remain in its current office at 1201 N. Bowser Road through the end of 2025, before moving to a new space in the Galatyn Commons Office Park at 2380 Performance Drive.
The new office will occupy 80,000 square feet and the company has committed to invest $10.8 million to support tenant improvements in the first year.
"This economic development partnership strengthens Halff's enduring legacy with the city of Richardson,” Halff President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily said in the release. “For the past 17 years, we have proudly called Richardson home and look forward to many more. As infrastructure needs continue to grow across North Texas, we remain committed to leading these efforts with a large team officed in Richardson.”
