The menu for the coffee shop is still being finalized, co-owner Yasmin Abubaker said, but will include a selection of teas, coffees and matcha. All coffee bean roasting will be done in-house, Abubaker added, and the shop will utilize Harar beans, which are native to Ethiopia, for its beverages.
The coffee shop will also incorporate a monthly specialty drink, Abubaker said. There are plans to have seating within the shop for customers to sit and work while also catering to those wanting to grab coffee while waiting for meat at the A-Z Food Grocery.
