Alamo Drafthouse Cinema reopened after closing temporarily in June.

Field Marketing Manager Taylor Smith said the closure was “relatively short,” adding there was a lot of work behind the scenes to get the theater up and running again.

“It’s been a chaotic time, but amazing to see how many people have been involved,” Smith said.

The movie theater shows new and older movies and offers a food and drink menu that includes chicken strips, burgers and more.

Additionally, Smith said patrons can expect the theater’s original programming, such as Secret Screening, to return.

“I want to say thank you so much to the community that has reached out to express their excitement about our reopening,” Smith said. “I’m grateful that so many people want to come back and just appreciate what we are trying to do here.”
