The third phase of planned renovations at a Richardson country club are planned, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

A Canyon Creek Country Club spokesperson said plans for the multimillion-dollar renovation include upgrades to the bar and lounge, restaurant, and pro shop. A new fitness center and a new kids club will also be included in the project, which is expected to be completed next year.

Officials announced they will unveil upgrades made during the second phase of renovations—which included adding new tee boxes, redesigning greens and lengthening the driving range—on Nov. 10.

The TDLR filing includes an estimated cost of $1.5 million for the project’s third phase, although the spokesperson did not confirm the figure. The renovation is expected to be completed in spring 2024.

The country club offers an 18-hole golf course, racquet sport areas, a pool and outdoor patio space. According to a company news release, the renovations are expected to be completed next year. According to the country club’s website, other renovations are also planned for its facilities.
