1. Dogtopia opened a new location in Richardson on March 20 at the Shire at CityLine, located at 2121 Infocom Drive. A dog day care, boarding and grooming center, Dogtopia has various playrooms that offer fun for dogs of similar size and temperament, according to a press release. Each playroom has compressed rubber flooring to ease joints, prevent slipping and promote safer play. 2. Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care opened March 14 in Richardson at 1225 E. Belt Line Road. Breeze Urgent Care allows patients to receive care in about 30 minutes, according to Texas Health officials. Breeze Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans and offers a competitive flat-rate fee of $185 for patients who do not have insurance. 3. Planet Fitness opened March 7 in Richardson at the Richland Village development. The fitness center is located at 1306 E. Belt Line Road, next to BBQ Chicken. Planet Fitness offers two membership options for customers, both of which provide free fitness training, per its website. The business is located next to Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care and operates both an eyeglasses store and an optometrist office.
