Insomnia Cookies opened a Richardson store Sept. 10 at 3000 Northside Blvd., Ste. 300.

The cookie store, located across from the University of Texas at Dallas campus, is known for serving warm cookies, ice cream and more sweets as late as 3 a.m. The Richardson location will be the fifth store in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Insomnia Cookies offers in-store, pickup and delivery options for customers to experience its full menu, which includes a full slate of vegan options and a frequently rotating limited-edition lineup.
