At a Jan. 13 meeting, Prosper Town Council voted unanimously to approve a new flexible business park located at the intersection of West Prosper Trail and Mike Howard Lane.
The property is described as a “high-quality flex industrial campus designed to accommodate a diverse mix of light industrial, warehouse and office users,” according to town documents.

The site will include four 38,500-square-foot buildings, alongside outdoor tables, benches and a pond, according to town documents.
The facility allows a variety of uses, including professional and medical offices, as well as dance studios and retail stores. Restaurant spaces could be permitted in the space but would require conditional development standards, town documents state.
Looking ahead
Construction on the facility is expected to take about a year, according to town documents.
