Collin County voters can cast their ballot at any location countywide during early voting or on Election Day. Denton County residents can cast their ballots at any polling location during early voting; however, election day locations are by precinct.
What you need to know
Collin County residents can cast their votes at any of the 39 early voting locations countywide. For a full list of voting locations, as well as updates on wait times at each location, visit www.collincountytx.gov/elections/polling-locations.
Polling location operating hours vary, according to the Collin County Election Office’s website, and are as follows:
- April 22-26, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- April 28-29, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- April 22-26, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- April 27, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- April 28-29, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

- Celina City Charter amendments: Celina voters will decide on 10 amendments to the Celina City Charter, including council term limits, city manager hiring decisions and the mayor's role and authority.
- Celina ISD board of trustees: Celina ISD had five candidates for its two open board seats. Candidates for Place 1 include Meagan Dungan, incumbent Chuck Hansen and Vicky Hogue. - Celina ISD bond: The district's $2.3 billion bond program will be split into two propositions. The bond program includes items for new schools and purchasing land as well as transportation and technology needs in the district.
