Burning Rice is opening a new location in Prosper this summer, the owner confirmed.

The fast-casual chain specializes in customizable bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl topped with meat and vegetables. Diners can also choose from a selection of sides like dumplings, kimchi pancakes and crispy shrimp rolls.

The owner estimated the restaurant will be able to open in late July or early August.
