Mo' Bettahs is set to open its Celina location this March.
The restaurant offers a traditional plate lunch, featuring a choice of meats—grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura—paired with macaroni salad and white rice.
Founded in Bountiful, Utah, the Celina Mo' Bettahs location will be the brand's 12th restaurant in Texas, according to a March 16 news release.
Before the planned opening date, the restaurant will be hosting a soft-opening "Friends and Ohana" celebration on March 19 that is open to the public. The event will feature free lunch and dinner plates served along with additional treats from Mo' Bettahs and swag giveaways, the release states. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m.
