The drive-thru coffee stand offers lattes and frozen drinks. It also serves nitro cold brew, teas and classic coffee drinks. Specialty drinks include the Zebra Mocha which is a frozen coffee made with dark and white chocolate, and the Pomberry Punch tea, which is made with pomegranate and fresh blueberry.2. The Australian-themed steakhouse is best known for its steaks, chicken and seafood. It also features appetizers such as the Bloomin’ Onion and offers salads, soups and sides. Outback Steakhouse donated a total of $8,459 to CASA of Collin County, an advocacy organization for children in foster care, as part of the grand opening ceremony held April 3.3. Shipley Do-Nuts


This is the first Prosper location for the franchise. It offers more than 60 kinds of donuts including its glazed donut. Shipley also offers iced, filled and cake donuts in addition to fritters, bear claws, coffee and kolaches.4. Cilantro Taco Grill

The Mexican restaurant held its grand opening April 18, according to a social media post from the company. Cilantro Taco Grill offers various tacos, including picadillo, pastor, carnitas and barbacoa. The menu also includes tortas, burritos and various dinner plates.Coming soon

6. Lily Claire Boutique

The boutique moved into its new location on Broadway in downtown Prosper. The boutique was formerly located at 201 S. Main St. moved inside the Inappropriate Trucker Hat location temporarily before moving to its new permanent spot. Lily Claire offers a mixture of boho, modern and vintage apparel.In the news

7. Chick-fil-A

Prosper Town Council members approved a specific-use permit to allow the town’s third Chick-fil-A location during a March 25 meeting. The site is located in the same overall development as the town’s incoming H-E-B, which is expected to open sometime this summer. Chick-fil-A serves chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, fries and more through its drive-thru, dine-in and carryout service.8. Chili’s


The restaurant celebrated its 50th anniversary in March. The restaurant’s menu features American and Tex-Mex cuisine including burgers, chicken, fajitas, pasta and seafood, according to its website.
