Rose Couture Nail Bar is open on University Drive, an assistant manager at the salon confirmed.

The salon offers manicures, pedicures, lash extensions and head spa treatments, according to the business’s website.

The location on University Drive is Rose Couture Nail Bar’s second location in Prosper and ninth location overall, the assistant manager said.
