The Plano location will be Pax & Beneficia’s fourth Dallas-Fort Worth location. Pax & Beneficia’s selection of coffee is sourced and roasted at its own roastery in Grapevine and is available for purchase at each location, according to a news release from Rosewood Property Company, the parent company of Heritage Creekside.
“Pax & Beneficia translates from Latin to peace and blessings, and extending our carefully curated experience to Plano is a dream realized for us,” Pax & Beneficia's co-founder Mouyyad Abdulhadi said in a statement. “Heritage Creekside is surrounded by a unique community of corporate offices, residential areas, trails and retail, so we know we can continue our mission to bring varieties of people together.”
According to the release, the cafe's international influences can be experienced through its coffee beans sourced from Ethiopia, Kenya and Guatemala; the housemade syrups; and more.
“Pax & Beneficia’s philosophy to provide a welcoming space for all aligns perfectly with Heritage Creekside’s live, work and play environment,” Rosewood Property Company President Rick Perdue said in a statement. “We are always looking for just the right retail partners that will complement our existing mix of retailers and look forward to seeing them open their doors to the Plano community.”
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Pax & Beneficia completed $150,000 in renovations earlier this year at Heritage Creekside's location at 1300 W. Plano Parkway, Plano. 214-513-2570 (Grapevine location). www.paxandbeneficia.com
