The sports and dining tavern is located in historic downtown Plano in the former location of Kelly’s Eastside. Co-owner Tom McGill said he and his business partner, Chris O'Neal, wanted a menu that was not quite like anything else in the area.
"Everybody has a salad; everybody's selling a burger; everybody's doing a chicken sandwich; and everybody has wings," McGill said. "I just [had] to come up with something different. [We wanted] to take the tavern food menu ... and bring it up five levels."
The eatery's menu includes appetizers such as poutine, Scotch eggs and Texas Meatballs as well as burgers and sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes and more. www.mcnealsplano.com
