“We craft [our coffee] from scratch,” Manager Mohammed Al-Hendawi said. “When the customers order it, we grind it and we put it in the machine for espresso. We froth the milk the way it’s supposed to be and we follow the right ratio with the coffee—the way Italians made it to begin with.”
