Here are 5 restaurants that have recently opened in Plano

From gourmet burgers to Southern California fare, these five eateries are now part of the Plano dining community.

Twisted Root Burger Co.

The restaurant chain that shuttered all of its locations during the pandemic is making a comeback. The new Plano location has taken over the space formerly occupied by Hub Streat.

Beerheard Bar & Eatery

The business features a craft beer selection that includes 50 unique options on tap and around 350 bottled selections as well as a food menu that has been specially curated to pair with the bar’s beer and cocktails.

Dave’s Hot Chicken

The restaurant serves chicken tenders of varying degrees of spiciness, fried chicken sliders, crinkle-cut fries and more. The brand has gained popularity in part due to a strong social media presence and a number of high-profile celebrity investors, including musician Drake and actor Samuel L. Jackson.

The Bells Sweet Factory

The New Orleans-style eatery offers items such as lamb chops, fried seafood, fried chicken and pasta.

Suburban Yacht Club

The new cantina is inspired by Southern California and features a variety of unique dishes such as Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote, Jala-piña BBQ Chicken Asado and the Epic Shrimp Burrito.
