The facility offers 13 office spaces, including four extra-large units, that are geared toward professionals, such as doctors and accountants. The common amenities are shared by all tenants in the building. Rent starts at $750 per month per unit and includes free internet, electricity and water. Olivia Lueckemeyer graduated in 2013 from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in journalism.
