High Point Tennis Center is under construction at 421 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano. Its first phase includes the creation of a new pro shop. It is expected to open late this summer. In the next phase, the old pro shop will be demolished, and a tennis court will take its place. The project also includes updated fencing, windscreens, walkways, court resurfacing and a refresh of the children’s playground area.
