Velvet Taco to open second Plano location where Steve Fields used to stand

Velvet Taco expects to open its second Plano location by mid-2020 at 5013 W. Park Blvd., where Steve Fields Steak and Lobster Lounge used to stand. The location will offer standard Velvet Taco menu items, including its more than 20 taco varieties and various sides. Velvet Taco's first Plano location is at Legacy Food Hall. Steve Fields closed Sept. 1 after being open for more 14 years and has since been torn down. www.velvettaco.com
