The 17,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is half the size of the former headquarters and puts a renewed focus on employee collaboration, per the release.
“This beautiful new office is built for the future and now reflects the current culture and mission of our organization,” President and CEO Chris Kelly said.
All central operations, including brokerage, mortgage, insurance and title services, are now housed under one roof. The facility, located at 5560 Tennyson Parkway, Ste. 100, includes office space, conference rooms, a video and photo studio, and a shaded outdoor courtyard. It also features a mural of its namesake, Ebby Halliday, overlooking downtown Dallas, according to the release.
The corporate headquarters was previously located in Dallas. This move takes place during the company’s 75th anniversary year.
