Fewer Plano homes were listed for sale in the first full month of the coronavirus-related restrictions, but for most homes that sold, prices rose.

In April, every ZIP code in Plano saw a significant year-over-year drop in the number of new home listings, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

Northern Plano neighborhoods in the 75025 ZIP code saw the steepest decline in the number of new listings, dropping from 101 in April 2019 down to 41 in April of this year.

Home sale prices in April rose year over year, with Plano's western neighborhoods on both sides of the Dallas North Tollway seeing the largest percentage increases in median sales price.
