Cantric Wellness will open March 19 in Plano.

Cantric Wellness will offer an array of holistic approaches, including full-spectrum chromolight therapy; powerful radiant near, far and mid-infrared therapy; oxygen-enriched air; leg compression; and health coaching.

Holly Bridges said in an email she and her husband, Anthony Williams, are Plano residents, and they chose to open Cantric Wellness in their hometown because they are deeply rooted in the community and passionate about its well-being.

“Plano boasts a vibrant and growing community that aligns perfectly with our vision of promoting holistic wellness and vitality,” she said. “With its diverse population and strong commitment to health and well-being, Plano provides an ideal environment for our wellness center to thrive.”
