What you need to know

Individuals will have the opportunity to provide feedback on draft plans covering the framework of land use, open space and transportation in the proposed Silver Line station areas, according to a city news release. The plans will be used to assist city staff in guiding community investment and development in the areas surrounding stations at Shiloh Road and 12th Street.

City staff have previously solicited feedback from the public, which has influenced the draft plans, per the news release. More information on past public outreach is available online.

Service for the over $2 billion Silver Line is expected to begin in late 2025 or 2026 and will run from the Shiloh Road Station in Plano to Terminal B inside Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
