Skyrocket Burger is slated to open in May in Plano.

The burger joint serves burgers, fries and milkshakes made with Blue Bell ice cream.

“We grind our meat fresh daily, and use nothing but quality ingredients for a quality burger,” Skyrocket Burger President and CEO Amin Talebi said in an email. “We are also known for our house made secret sauce that has become very popular.”

Future locations, Talebi said, include Lewisville, Las Colinas and Arlington.
