The restaurant will be the second location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Firebirds is known for its scratch kitchen, featuring seasoned hand-cut, aged steaks and fresh seafood, which are cooked over an open flame visible from the restaurant’s dining room. The new restaurant in Plano will include staples from its lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus. It will also offer a full liquor bar with Firebirds’ Double Black Diamond Martini, which is an infusion of fresh pineapple and pineapple vodka garnished with a fresh pineapple slice.
“My team and I are thrilled to introduce Firebirds’ elevated experience and local wood-fired flavors to our new neighbors here in Plano,” general manager Brandon Emmons, said in the release.
